Membership Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
a. Duplicate Payment: In such cases, amounts in excess of membership dues will be refunded upon request.
b. Cancellation within 30 Days: If membership is cancelled within 30 days of payment and no membership benefits or services have been utilized during this period, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Process:
a. Refund Requests: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NYSDRA via email or postal mail.
b. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of the request.
c. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via check.
No Refunds for Partial Use: Membership fees will not be refunded for partial use of membership benefits or services.
